follow a regular calibration and maintenance regimen for their
MLA-brand and Ovation fixed volume pipettes. By purchasing a
service plan based on the organization's annual needs, volume
discounts are available. Plan enrollment will also speed individual
or group service events by streamlining the request process and
eliminating individual financial transactions.
Each service event covers the cost of calibration, any needed
repairs including any parts needed to return a pipette to good
operating condition and original specifications, and return
shipping via UPS ground.
Note: This plan can not be used for repair services if failure is a
result of misuse or abuse.
